Dominican Republic

background

The Dominican Republic project team is a community-based development project in the Dominican Republic. Previously, the team formed a partnership with a local community named El Corozo, along with Peace Corps Volunteers in the DR, to implement a rural aqueduct system that will improve El Corozo’s access to water.

The team returned to the village for several years to continue building a sustainable relationship with the community while also making improvements to the aqueduct.
